Open the linked document only and don't create database view tab

Regarding Nomad Web, when a user click the document link, two Nomad Web tabs are created.

One is the linked document and the other is small database view tab.

If a user click the small tab, it will be active and the database view is opened and all views are showed.

There are some hiding views/documents for users in the database, so administrators want to open the linked document only and don't create database view tab.
