Show Users who are locked out by ID-Vault

By default, if users type in the wrong password to access their ID for more than 10 times a day they will be locked out. The failed attempts are kept in the bad password cache, which will be reset after 24 hours.

As of now there is no way for the administrator to even get the information (that a user is locked out because of that reason) or to clear the bad password cache, so that the affected user can login to Notes again.

Something like the internet password lockout database or a functionality within the admin-tools for ID-Vault or even only command line options would be helpful.

I would like to add that this issue may especially concern Nomad Web users.

There might be problems in an environment where the Notes Client/ID password is not being synchronized with the internetpassword. Users in this scenario might try to login with the internet password and lock themselves out.
