Allow iNotes to adjust the inserted image size in body of mail

Currently when we insert any image in iNotes mail body, we cannot adjust the image size after inserting the image. So we first need to adjust the image size in Word or any image editor and then we need to insert the image. In IE you may be able to...

e-mails being forwarded by rule are journaled twice

If the mail is forwarded by using a send copy rule, the original e-mail is double-journaled. Although this operation is a correct behavior, Many customer want a setting not to save the forwarded mail in the journal.

Admin has the full Access administrator, but nobody know what actions are done by Admin. So customer request a function to record Admin's all operations. Supervise the actions of Admin and record them for review by managers or boss.

An option in inotes to move a mail rule up or down in the hierarcy

There is option in lotus notes client to UP or Down rule in hierarchy but there is no option in inotes to move rule UP or down. Customer is looking for same function for inotes as well. We do have few SPR for same JMEA7JKV2X RAGG83ZHA4

Allow smartcard enabled ids to be vaulted

At the moment the ID Vault does not support smartcard enabled ids. It would ease id management and client installation if these ids could also be managed via ID Vault.

Delete the user via adminp during sync if user was deleted from AD.

It would be fine even having to approve the deletion first, but not doing anything just keeps old accounts in the system which causes a security threat.
