Feature to set a schedule to stop service for user

A feature that will allow administrator to set a schedule when to stop service for a certain user. This will stop processing any request for a involve user. It is very helpful to prevent access to those user that will leave the organization.

Let adminp rename proces also renames user in vpuserinfo.nsf

When renaming a user, the vpuserinfo is not embedded in that proces. It results in an empty contactlist when switching to the new username. The old one still resists in the vpuserinfo.nsf database. Support tells me to use the changename.cmd tool. ...

Add a button "Open Mail-in File" to public adressbook like "Open Mail File" for persons in views not only the button in the document. To be consistent to person documents the button should be in the actionbar not on the form as in V10.

Automatic creation of archive DB (or archiveprofile) when registering (a) new user(s)

When you register new users, have an option (via registration policy?) to create an archive DB linked to the mail file. New user would have a preset archive when first opening his/her mail.

There should be some way to encrypt a database while at rest on a server.

For security purposes. If this feature exists I can't find it. It should be possible to encrypt multi-user databases while they are at rest on the server. We can encrypt the backups of a database and we can encrypt the traffic to/from the database...

Store attachment in database when DAOS volume is not responding or is running OutOfDiskSpace

When DAOS cannot write to disk, Domino must save the attachment in the designated database. Otherwise the NLO (attachment) is lost.
