Discussion template suitable for Nomad (Mobile/Web)

Traditioanl discussion template is old hashoned and ancient style. I suggest adding new and modern template for mobile use and web too to use with Nomad Web and Mobile.

When an attachment is imported into Nomad it should show icon corresponding to file type instead of paperclip icon.
