When creating a replica, enable Purge Interval Replication Control if its enabled on the Server

Having to explain the need for enabling PIRC to individuals is problematic, if its enabled on the Server it should automatically be enabled on the client side on a replica to prevent the client potentially having ghost documents.

Federated calendars : add the ability for the user to create entries in these calendars from the Notes client

Enforce ECL - Execution control List settings

Please allow to enforce ECL, If some action is not allowed for user, then user should not have option to execute script even once. Some harmfull scripts are not yet common, but who know when somebody can use it.
