I would like to know who join in the last time meeting when i am a chairman. Online meeting shoud have the same notes calendar meeting that can track who join in the last meeting.

Sametime meeting summary notification feature

Sametime meeting 9 has mail notification after meeting but sametime premium this feature disappear. Mail notification should be notify before and after meeting.

Save all chat histories on server

We have been asked by our GDPR officer if it is possible to save all chat transcripts on the server. This is separate from the client preferences and users will still have the option to save to their mail file.
