Provision to specify font type & font size in plain Text mail signature

Currently font size is "10" & font type is "default Sans Serif" when signature type is selected as Plain Text. Please provide options to change the font type & font size in Plain Text Signature.

If I do a send to from Office products (Word, Excel, PPT), but also from other applications, then a Message Recall is not possible. As lots of emails with attachments are generated via this way, it would be helpful, cleaning up this bug/feature.
