Calendar: Automatic processing in case of cancellation

In case of a cancellation of an appointment it would be advantageously if you can configure that the cancellation could process automatically and remove from the calendar.

Do not return Out of Office for group address emails

There was a option not to reply OOO mail for group address in mail7.ntf This option is removed from mail8.ntf. Please add this function in out of office function.

Lotus Notes Database getting corrupted

Some top Managers keep the mail backup size of high size like 5GB - 15 GB. We are getting calls about corrupt db and there is no solution except keeping the database size around 2 GB. Please remove the size limitation and corruption of mail db

Enabling deletion of mail from replica while deleting from server mail file with a key combination

Users might often want to delete some mails permanently while keeping certain mails in replica. If the users uses a special key while deleting mail file it should go from replica also (even though deletions are not replicated)
