Fix Web Page Widget

Since Notes 9.0.1FP9 or FP10, widgets of type "web page" don't work anymore (cannot create new; existing don't run). See SPR#PCDMAS8UKL. Still not fixed in 10.0.1.

To store Identifier Notes URL value present in "Document Properties" to some fields

The "Identifier" has a Notes URL value stored in "+" tab in "Document Properties" box.Can this value be stored in some internal fields by default once the document has been successfully created.

Ability to explicitly set the "EnableThreeClicks" parameter for mail DB only.

At this moment, "EnableThreeClick" parameter is applied for all kind of DBs. i.e. Mail as well as Customized DBs. We can't set it specifically for Mail Dbs. This notes.ini parameter should have options to set it specifically for Mail Dbs or others.
