Notes should enable itself as a full replacement for Microsoft Mail app in Windows 10

I've found that just setting the default app for Mailto doesn't fix all the places that mail is called/integrated in Windows 10.I imagine* that if some attention was paid, the Notes install could fill all the appropriate hooks.

When/If Notes Standard client craters, please add a policy-definable option to ask the user, "Notes just crashed the last 10 times you opened it. Would you like to start in Basic mode?"

We may want to disable this option in policy, but I'd like to see a default behaviour that asks the user to start in Basic mode if Standard mode repeatedly crashes.

For HTML mail, I'd like to be able to print the whole email

The rendering improvements for HTML are great in Notes 8! But .... it'd be realllly nice to be able to print the whole email, including From/To/Subject/Date info.NOTE: I've not had a chance to test in v10, but it's still borked in v9.0.1
