Add URL in notes startup for all users through policies or programmatically.
You can start a particular website in the web browser when the Notes client starts.
For that, you need to add the URL in "startup" under Open list - More bookmarks.

It should be possible to restore a database with a new filename. For example, restore a "discuss.nsf" into "discuss_15022022.nsf", to be able to distinguish between several versions of the same database.
