Please add a policy-based control settings so that administrators can configure which users are allowed to use specific meeting settings, based on specific users and user groups. Meetings modes and settings should be configurable via policy.

Run Sametime Containers in "Rootless" Mode

Using IMSMO Outlook client need to save calendar invitation in sent view for newly created mettings.

Need option to support "Don't display meeting invitations in the Sent mail view" in IMSMO Outlook client preference. The same setting is available in the Notes client and iNotes preference.

Provide a popup alert when Sametime client is unable to write to location defined for saving chat transcript.Today, is possible to point to a read-only folder, an no error/alert/popup is seen, except for experts who look into Sametime logs.

I need to be able to give my users the ability to set for themselves the expanding of mail replies. Currently, I have to edit the notes.ini and this is the only place it's possible to set this option.
