Make rich text fields editable in dialog boxes (Notes Client development)

A fixed size,scroll-able, rich text control would also help so that the contents of the dialog box doesn't start to scroll off the bottom when you add extra lines.

Remove 1.9 GB limit for Notes richtext fields

If you use domino to store very large files the max limit per file is 1.9 GB if you go beyond this the attachment is corrupted. This feels like a 32-bit limit that we should remove in Domino, so we can use domino for all types of files.
