Disable "Change Password" in Nomad iOS

By tapping "N" icon, you can see Nomad iOS functions like "Open Application", "Replication", "Change Password" and "Help". Customer want to disable/remove "Change Password" to prohibit the Nomad iOS user from changing his password in Nomad iOS.

Make Picklist sizable. We have many picklists with more colums. The picklist dialog is to small to work with them in Nomad. In the Notes Client it works fine.
