Pubnames : Set Field Internetaddress to single value

The field internetaddress in the personal document of Dominodirectory is a Multi value field. if i put 2 addresses in this field, only the first address is working. set the field to single value, and give a warning if more items in the field.

Ability to free up Rooms & Resources that have been booked in advance by a particular user for a single/recurring meeting.

Since the only way to free up resources is to cancel the meeting, this idea may be helpful as it can save a lot of Admin's time and effort specially if they are trying to cancel a huge number of meetings.
