    Publish public message to all new log in notes client users

    Need to apply using a policy for all notes users a specific public notification when they first log-in.

    Customer would like the email address/internet address to be displayed and not just the canonical name in iNotes when logged in. It can be either under preferences or under the name below the iNotes icon.

    Ability to free up Rooms & Resources that have been booked in advance by a particular user for a single/recurring meeting.

    Since the only way to free up resources is to cancel the meeting, this idea may be helpful as it can save a lot of Admin's time and effort specially if they are trying to cancel a huge number of meetings.
