Return Receipt Prompt - Additioinal Options

As of now, it is possible to prompt HCL Notes users if they want to send (acknowledge) the return receipt only by setting the HCL Notes mail policy setting "Do not allow users to set return receipt", as documented in : https://help.hcltechsw.com/d...

Ability to free up Rooms & Resources that have been booked in advance by a particular user for a single/recurring meeting.

Since the only way to free up resources is to cancel the meeting, this idea may be helpful as it can save a lot of Admin's time and effort specially if they are trying to cancel a huge number of meetings.
