Allow to enable View this calendar when offline option by Default

When we add the delegated calendar there is an option" View this calendar when offline" which is not enabled by default. Please provide an option to set the same enabled/disabled by default

Hide Room and Resources for particular users in Directory Catalog

1) When using Domino Directory (names.nsf) we can uncheck the "All readers and above" field from Room and it works perfectly. 2) If we do the same for the Directory Catalog, it does not works. Customer has a requirement for this.
