Monitor the operation of program documents

When a program document is postponed to run and the next run time of this program document conflicts, a monitoring mechanism is required to skip or stop the same program document from running in the next time period.

Delete the user via adminp during sync if user was deleted from AD.

It would be fine even having to approve the deletion first, but not doing anything just keeps old accounts in the system which causes a security threat.
