"Send Copy To" Mail Rule come from the mail file owner instead of the original sender

User A sent an email to User B. User B has "Send Copy To" mail rule to User C. User C received the copy of the email with the original sender (User A) Request to have the mail come from mail file owner (User B) instead of the original sender (User A)
