Notes SQL Needs to be FREE and publicly available like every other JDBC driver

Let's not make it hard for non Domino folks to adopt Domino... I feel there is always this wall to adopt Domino for non Domino people. Every other JDBC driver on planet Earth is PUBLICLY available regardless!
