    AutoText (Textbaustein)

    Please insert in HCL Notes the Option to Create and insert AutoText function with short text. Example type "mfgbr" then comes the text "Best Regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen" "Vorname Nachname" "Anschrift" etc.

    Easy auto-reply option enabled by users

    We need an easy way to set and enable auto-reply on a mail(in) database. Now you need to create an Agent with Easy Actions ( reply to sender ) .... It would be nice to have this in the UI in Notes and Verse.

    1000 is max number of documents in Notes view to retrieve. 1000 is not eonugh for business applications.
