Additional HEI Debug that can be set via an ini setting

HEI needs more debugging to assist in tracking down issues. for example if HEI is terminating abnormally when running, Installation fails, give more details on what is happening when an acitivity runs etc.

More verbose SQL logging for HEI activities.

We can currently only trace the SQL being used in a replication activity. It would be nice to have this option availible for all activities so when an activity fails we know the exact SQL that was being used and can use this to resolve the error.

Search special characters using double quotes

Based from the documentation, https://help.hcl-software.com/verse_onprem/3.2/user/faq_search.html We can find words or phrases using double quotes (""). But on testing, it is found that it doesn't work with special characters ,/^(){}[]|”.
