    Vcard comment should be copied when right clicking or Ctrl+V instead of Ctrl + Insert

    When forwarding a Vcard and copying the comments field it could only be copied via Ctrl+Insert and not via right clicking and selecting copy or Ctrl+ V.

    When you create a table in Verse or Notes, you must enter the numbers of rows and columns. Nowadays, it's a strange UX. Can we use the way that MS word uses? Just use a mouse the drag out.

    Add ETag when using "Use runtime optimized Javascript and CSS resources"

    Without this setting enabled, ETag and Last-Modified headers are set. With this setting enabled, only Date and Expires (according to Global resource expiration setting) is set.
