Configuration to allow guest users in a meeting

On Sametime V11.5 to enable guest users inside a meeting we have only one way, change the configuration after start a meeting. This configuration should be in the ST Homepage as an option in the My Meeting configuration

I have noticed in other applications when I am on mute and I speak I will get either a text message saying I am on mute or a voice message (which I believe is more effective) reminding me that I am on mute.

Currently there is no way to see how much time one actually spent in a Sametime 11.5 Meeting. Please add a counter so we can see how long one already attended the meeting.

Automatically purge Sametime meeting rooms

Unused meeting rooms must be manually removed. There should be a way to automate the clean up of outdated / unused meeting rooms. It could be deleted/disabled after X number of days and/or as part of the process when deleting user from Domino LDAP...
