Give FULL Sametime entitlement to licensed Notes users

Forget separate licenses for Sametime - add Sametime complete to Notes entitlement and bundle the whole thing together...like other companies do... :-)

When typing an email address, any way can be cached frequently communicated email addresses whatever is send and receive on HCL Notes. So that It will lookup lookup the Most used contacts and will show first instead of Recent contacts.
