    Notes using OIDC for federated login

    Allow Notes to use OIDC as a federated login and unlock the id file while connected to a capable network. The same as SAML but using OIDC

    In nomad web popped up dialog, no right-click context menu for the selected words, it's different with notes client behaviour.
