Enable 3rd party PKI in native Notes environment (Notes client authentification, encryption, mail...)

20 years ago it was beautifull feature (built in Domino PKI), but this days it is blocker for integration (customers have Microsoft AD, Entrust , etc...and want use those PKI inside Domino)
