    Allow code format on chat

    Especially developers need to be able to send formatted code snippets via chat. Sametime currently removes the formatting (colors , alignment) Capability to send formatted code as it is possible in Slack.

    Enhance DAOSTune to calculate possible S3 storage

    Attachments in Draft email should be able to open by IBM Verse and message formatting should be intact.
