    Option to modify the description of meetings

    By now it´s not possible to change the description of an accepted meeting ( e.g. to add some personal discussion points ) in VoP. This would be a great enhancement.

    automatic Rename in contactlist (buddy list and persistent chat)

    changing user name should be automatic in Sametime, now admin should create file (CSV) ,upload it and run the command. so many support calls on this! this can and should be automated. it is 21 century, such things should be out of the box.
