    Currently left side tab not collapsible or unable to hide it. Mail reading panel is very minimal.

    Currently using Ipad. While using most of places are taken by left side panel. Reading mail panel is very minimal like in mobile.

    Option to mark all documents

    Currenty you can select multiple documents by marking the document. But you have no option to "Mark all documents". This would be helpful either in the Mail view but also in the Search view.

    copy & paste text and picture in Sametime cloud browser chat

    It´s sometimes working, if you copy & paste from a text editor. If you try from other tools like IBM Notes, it will not work. This is one step back, in case of the on premise that we used in the past.

    Allow code format on chat

    Especially developers need to be able to send formatted code snippets via chat. Sametime currently removes the formatting (colors , alignment) Capability to send formatted code as it is possible in Slack.

    Allow to customize the "From" address in system generated mail for Device Approval

    Currently the Device Approval mail which is system generated takes the "From" address as user address. The To address could be either Admins mentioned for approval or user for information. Currently there is no way to customize this "From" address...
