Show a deletion confirmation dialog when ctrl+X or right-click > cut is performed on a document

In the Notes / Admin client, whenever you delete a document either by using supr + F9 or with a 'Delete xxx document' button, you'll get a dialog asking if you're sure. But you can also remove a document by cutting it and it will show no confirmat...

Changes to logging ( docker/kubernetes ) should be dynamic without restarting

When we need to change a log to FINEST, you have to restart that part ( or everything ) in order to see the log in FINEST. It would be great that changes to the logging.properties are direct.

Add Extract ID File from Vault in AdminCentral.nsf

Lotusscript has NotesVault method that allows to extract ID for particular user. it would be great to add this in Admin Central, so Security Officers and Admins and also extract ID from AdminCentral, without using full admin client.
