Auto generated group name in a meeting chat - displayed time is always UTC

When participants in a ST11.5 meeting are writing to the chat section, the auto generated group name in the chat is showing a timestamp which is always in UTC. This should be configurable.

Cleanup Configuration Documents

Lots of tabs, e.g. in Domino server document, are useless, e.g. MTAs which was for V4, or Shared Mail with ended with VR8.5. Some I doubt that there are still R4 servers out there and if, they would not use a V11 template.
