Logs who entered / exited shall be shown to room owner/moderater

Who attended is important record in a meeting. Sametime 8.5/9.0 provide meeting record who entered/exited the meeting room to room owner. It was quite useful for making meeting minutes and audit/tracability.

A meeting with A/V should have the option that _any_ user can start the A/V, even if a moderator is not present

Especially on internal meetings there is no reason to wait for a moderator. So it would be preferred that all users can do "join call" after the first user has joined.
