Logs who entered / exited shall be shown to room owner/moderater

Who attended is important record in a meeting. Sametime 8.5/9.0 provide meeting record who entered/exited the meeting room to room owner. It was quite useful for making meeting minutes and audit/tracability.

Display Duration of Meeting (session)

Currently there is no way to see how much time one actually spent in a Sametime 11.5 Meeting. Please add a counter so we can see how long one already attended the meeting.

Recent use devices in meeting setting

In Sametime Meeting setting, can choose Camera, Mic, Speaker. Every meeting default OS devices are set. Saved recent use devices are friendly to use.

Video pane should not overlap shared screen pane.

See attached PNG. I can not watch boht shared screen and video at the same time. Those should not be overlapped.

Implement Lobby function into Sametime V11.5 Meetings

Jitsi offers the possibility of a "Lobby function": https://community.jitsi.org/t/how-to-how-do-i-use-the-new-lobby-feature/73100 This is a nice feature customers would like to see implemented in ST V11.5 Meetings.

Auto generated group name in a meeting chat - displayed time is always UTC

When participants in a ST11.5 meeting are writing to the chat section, the auto generated group name in the chat is showing a timestamp which is always in UTC. This should be configurable.
