Add frameset navigation buttons to tablets

The frameset navigation buttons (the left and right arrows), which are used to show a single frameset, are visible on phones, but not on tablets. Some tablet applications would benefit from having these buttons.

Cleanup Configuration Documents

Lots of tabs, e.g. in Domino server document, are useless, e.g. MTAs which was for V4, or Shared Mail with ended with VR8.5. Some I doubt that there are still R4 servers out there and if, they would not use a V11 template.
