Use "Junk Mail Senders List" for mail rule's conditions

Customer wants to use "Junk Mail Senders List" for mail rule's conditions. It is useful to add a filter which removes unfavorable person/address for mail rule.

Allow to open an email db in Designer by right-clicking the mail tab and selecting 'Open in Designer'

If you right-click a mail tab, the option to open the mail db in designer is not available. You have to open a random email then from that tab, the option is available. The mail db should be treated like any other db. Clem

Add .mps file format to supported file types that can be viewed via Notes

Starting from Notes 10.0.1, only few file formats can be viewed via Notes Client. .mps file can be opened via Notepad so I believe it can also be viewed via Notes like .txt file.
