[Android] Change authentication method from fingerprint authentication to password authentication in order to change Nomad password.

We can change Nomad password when fingerprint authentication isn't enabled, but we cannot change Nomad password when fingerprint authentication is enabled. In order to change Nomad password, we'd like to disable Nomad fingerprint authentication.

Due to compressing images before sending the paicture quality becomes bad. We have to improve this to maintain the quality of pictures

Sametime Proxy 11.0 FP1 with current Sametime android application: v11.0When pasting pictures into sametime chat, the picture quality is very bad.Somehow the pictures are being transformed/reduced in size and the quality is lacking.
