Nomad web designer support for additional browser languages

Currently only English browser language is supported for Nomad designer feature. Customer requirement is Nomad designer feature should be also supported in other languages like German in browsers.

In Nomad web, there's no Browse button like notes client. Need this button.

In normal Notes client, there's a Browse button and you can select any database from the filesystem (or even network share). In Nomad, there's no Browse button.
