set custom repeat dates for calendar entries in iNotes

In the HCL Notes Client it is possible to set custom repeat dates for calendar entries (and todos). Somehow I am missing this feature in HCL iNotes... Is it possible to activate this feature or is it missing in the product?

There should be an option to automatically distribute the load balancing between two servers for mail routing.

There should be an option to specify multiple servers as the destination of a connection document and have an option to specify "Use Additional Servers for Failover Only" or "Use Additional Servers for Load Balancing".
