    Add Ctrl-Shift-Actions to start hidden actions

    Just like View/Ctrl-Shift-Goto opens hidden views, I'd like to be able to start hidden agents (i.e. from agent list, or even scheduled) manually from the Notes client. For added security, this option could be made available only to Designer users....
