Add a "Document count" column on "Files" tab

Would display the number of documents in the DB. This value is currently available within the DB properties, "Info" tab.

Sending meeting update notice should have option to control the update.

When the meeting is updated by adding more invitees it should provide the option to send a certain update to all the participants. Or it may also give the choice not to send the update to all the participants.
