Change the default ugly sans serif font to e.g. Arial on Win

The default Sans Serif font is old and ugly as hell, and does not support Cleartype. Change it to Arial, which is supported everywhere, and looks decent in every size. I have to change this every time, for each client. Submitted by Theo Heselmans
