    Reduce the gap feature between verse and notes client.

    Verse should have no gap feature between HCL Notes client eg. notes policy, location document, roaming, replication and so on.

    nowadays I can not find simply the help documentation when I press F1 in designer. Escpecially when I go to the All Topics index, I can not find technical documentation at ease. Also include the undocumented features in the Help for once.
