TOTP support for HTMO accounts.

Currently using Traveler 12.x it's possible to configure HCL Traveler server for TOTP authentication. https://help.hcltechsw.com/traveler/12.0.0/mobile_support_totp.html We need a same functionality for Outlook users (HTMO accounts).
