Improve private views management or allow developper to create user dependent views in notes

Allow app Screen Share Capability on mobile clients

Android App is not capable of Screen Capture to share within meeting. Other meeting software like Jitsi, Zoom and Pex.ip are capable of doing this and we need this functionality, for over 50% of our work force only have android phones and tablets.
