Fix and align installation routines

The solution should be that required Domino updates are aligned with the server core setup. Regardless which server you have installed (Enterprise, Utility, Custom), the Feature Pack installer does not take this in account but installs everything....

Allow support for 24 hour clock in DBMT -range parameter

In a global environment I find it a bit annoying that we have to "revert back" to AM/PM notation to define a clock range for DBMT. Domino supports 24 hour clock as do all OS's so why are we "stuck with" this for DBMT schedules?

There is no way to stress test for iNotes. The current built-in scripts are for DWA85 only. These are out dated.
