Set The Custom Expiration Date Of Mass Mails in the server rule

Need the "set expiry date" option in the server rules. Currently, it is only available in the user mail rules.

We often add doclinks in generated mails. It would be nice to see the content in a mouse over window. Nearly the same like the window in the developer help about commands.
