Allow export of Message Tracking results

When doing some Message Tracking with Domino Administrator, there is no way to export to CSV or XLS.

Failover does not occur when the Archive Database is accessed via the mail files ( Tools + Archive )

In case of opening archive from mailbox (if server configured in archive settings is unavailable) user is not redirected to second (cluster member of the archive) server, of course on   second server the customer can find  archive database replica.
